  14. Look I asked for help because the glass case i purchased from you for my lion skull was broken in transit. I was assured by the taxidermist, specifically, that the glass case would be packaged properly and would make it. Well it did not, and I'm not happy at all and I'm not happy to be asked to fill out a survey instead of someone helping me get my money refunded for the price of the case, or some other way of making this right. How I answer a survey will depend on how this matter is resolved. I don't know if the taxidermist is ultimately going to correct this or the shipping company, but I believe at a minimum the taxidermist should help make this right as they're the ones who packaged the case and assured me it would make it. I will wait to hear from someone with real advice on how this will be resolved, and please do not send another survey or something else that is a waste of my time. – Comments or suggestions

  26. Your service was fine. My main issue is that the trophy's for Ian and myself should have been processed together which would have saved considerable money on fees. I'm also surprised that the duty cost on my trophy's were almost the same as Ian's when Ian had eight and myself only four. It seems a lot of money to shift a box of trophy's across the border. – Comments or suggestions
